Then, I will guide you to do a mind-body meditation to ensure that you’re comfortable and relaxed. This will demonstrate that you are the one in control of the therapeutic process at all times.
Learn Techniques To Change Your Habits
Depending on your issue, I will guide you through a series of meditations to put your mind into a receptive state & allow you to achieve the desired change.
Practice On Your Own
At the end of the session, I will suggest some exercises to do at home. This will reinforce what you assimilated during the session & will serve as a building block for the next session.
