Realize You're In Control
Then, I will guide you to do a mind-body meditation to ensure that you’re comfortable and relaxed. This will demonstrate that you are always the one in control of the therapeutic process.
Learn Techniques To Tame Your Anxiety
Depending on your issue, I will guide you through a series of meditations to put your mind into a receptive state & allow you to let go of the intrusive thoughts causing your anxiety.
Practice On Your Own
At the end of the session, I will suggest some exercises to do at home. This will reinforce what you assimilated during the session & will serve as a building block for the next session.
